**Overview**:
See yourself starting a new career journey? As a Bilingual Patient Service Representative at ReGenesis, you play an essential role by providing personalized patient experiences through the coordination and management of our front desk during check in/out.

Excellent pay up to $18.00 an hour based on experience with excellent full-time benefits and quarterly incentive.

**You’ll be a great fit if**:

- You can properly utilize our electronic health records system and other computer systems to facilitate efficient and effective workflows in the clinic.
- You can accurately complete quality registrations in the electronic health record that maintain the integrity of demographic and financial information required for clinical and billing functions for every patient encounter.
- You can research and resolve all registration occurrences for demographic, clinical and insurance accuracy.
- You can maintain HIPAA, confidentiality, and handle sensitive information as necessary in this role.
- You can schedule appointments and maintains smooth patient flow throughout the clinic.
- You can ensure proper patient billing and payment collections in accordance with the Sliding Fee Scale and all health plans.

- Ability to work M- F from 8am-5pm with flexibility to work based on health center operational needs.
