We are seeking a patient service representative to support our front office team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, medical terminology knowledge, and computer proficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, assisting with paperwork, and maintaining the overall appearance of the front office.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency
Customer service experience
Medical terminology knowledge
Computer skills
Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
Effective verbal and written communication skills
