**Job Summary**:
We're a Brooklyn-based Interior Design firm specializing in residential, commerical, and hospitality developments across New York and New Jersey. We are currently seeking a HIGHLY organized and responsible individual to join our team. Your responsibilities will involve closely collaborating with the Senior Designer on both ongoing and upcoming projects.

We are starting several new exciting projects and we are looking for someone eager to jump in

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Google Sheets/ Google Suite/ Quickbooks
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, architects, and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the design team.
- Manage and oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is being realized during the construction phase.
- Address and resolve project issues and challenges in a proactive and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Interior design experience is not mandatory. We welcome organized project managers from any field to apply. Having an organized sensibility, dedicated work ethic, and a desire to learn is the most important part
