  • Change Management: Identify and strategize changes in scope, schedule, and cost. Develop rationale for changes, including costs, benefits, and tradeoffs.
  • Transition Planning: Create transition plans, document lessons learned, and apply these insights to future projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Balance stakeholder needs, negotiate tradeoffs, and gain buy-in from resistant groups.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple projects and managing interdependencies.
  • Proficiency in client project management tools and methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux OS.
  • Ability to create and manage performance and status reports.
  • Expertise in risk and issue management, including developing mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in defining governance structures, processes, and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
