**Position Overview**: As a Shipping and Production Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in pristine condition. From finishing goods to preparing shipments and providing essential customer support, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact on our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Finish goods and prepare them for shipping, including inspecting merchandise, sizing belts, and completing assembly.
- Manage shipping processes, including picking and packing orders and coordinating with domestic and international carriers.
- Learn and operate specialized equipment for sewing, cutting, and shipping (full training provided).
- Handle invoicing for shipped orders and assist with customer support inquiries.
- Support design and creative projects, running errands, and collaborating directly with clients to meet their needs.

- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Interest in working with various materials, including leather and final products.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
