We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will supervise our team of Warehouse Associates and assist them with ensuring that the right product is delivered on-time with superior accuracy. You will report to & coordinate with the Branch Manager on maintaining operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in a distribution environment.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead, train, and coach Warehouse Associates.
- Assist in resolving any customer or team related issues.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) and complete cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience and Skills**:
**THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE**:

- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience operating a forklift

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
- Work effectively & efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)
- Proficient use of a computer
