**So what’s the job?**

**The Inside Sales Manager (Health Coach Institute (HCI) Course) **serves as a front-line leader to a team of Admissions Advisors (Inside Sales Reps) who will be focusing on HCI sales (but trained on all other ISSA courses too). The **Inside Sales Manager** will provide coaching and day-to-day, call-to-call support. They will also design, manage, and present both new hire and ongoing sales training programs, and develop marked improvement in sales revenue and conversion rates of team members. The **Inside Sales Manager** will also play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a strong team and company culture, developing and nurturing sales skills, and providing consistent and direct performance feedback. **Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing Inside Sales Leadership: Demonstrating leadership to the inside sales team via consistent support across the team that includes assistance in coaching and development of sales skills, overcoming operational and logístical challenges, closing of deals, and more; Developing personal leadership skills via courses, programs, conferences and other means both offered through the company and personally identified.
- Coaching, Motivating, and Developing Peers: Overseeing and elevating day-to-day sales floor operation via monitoring of team performance and reporting of key metrics to the Sr. leadership team, developing and administering individual coaching plans, actively listening and providing conflict resolution, recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments all while cultivating an environment of creativity and risk-taking; Assisting in the ongoing coaching and development of the sales team via call monitoring and providing of real-time coaching on customer interactions; Mentoring up and coming sales talent to identify, nurture, foster and facilitate their growth opportunities.
- Demonstrating and Enhancing the Company Purpose and Culture: Creating and maintaining a culture of success and employee loyalty by keeping a finger on the pulse of employee satisfaction, burnout, and flight risk.

- 2+ years in a startup or fast-growth environment.
- Proven experience coaching and developing sales skills and achievement in others.
- Proven experience driving operational efficiencies, increased productivity, and continuous revenue growth.

- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Strong interest in promoting and selling our Functional Nutrition course to students.
