The Marketing Strategy Director is responsible for the development of go-to-market plans across acquisition, engagement and retention objectives to support Personal Investor priorities. In this role, you will develop, optimize and execute on integrated marketing campaigns for specific initiatives that deepen audience’s engagement to drive marketing outcomes and contribute to business priorities. You will perform in-depth analysis of the audience journey and other relevant data to inform optimal engagement opportunities, defining activation tactics and the user experience map. The Marketing Strategy Director will lead with the audience perspective at the forefront and demonstrate data driven engagement solutions with the integration of channel, content and creative. With this audience perspective, you will define new marketing opportunities that span audience journeys to maximize impact and achieve marketing objectives.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team (Product Marketing, Channel, Operations, Analytics, Creative) to translate your strategies to in-market executions, optimize campaigns, prioritize highest value opportunities, and demonstrate Marketing’s value to the business. While this is an individual contributor role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and internal marketing strategy expert to influence and ensure the right solution is developed by proactively communicating status, results, and learnings.
**Qualifications**
- 7-10 years in marketing strategy, product marketing, marketing consulting, or digital marketing
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and the development of customer engagement strategies, and general knowledge of marketing campaign execution
- Proven and consistent track record of producing results and strong passion for experimentation and data-driven insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex analyses and making strategic recommendations and translating complex concepts into simplified and understandable examples
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and consulting to internal business stakeholders
