**Job Opening Summary**:
The Guest Services Manager oversees the guest experience at the hospital's entrances and information desks. The Guest Services Manager collaborates with hospital departments to develop initiatives that deliver high-quality customer service with the goal to elevate the first impression. The manager builds programs that prevent and provide prompt resolution to guest concerns, ensures a welcoming environment of care, and sustains effective and efficient daily operations. This person provides daily support and direct management oversight of the Guest Services Specialists and ensures hospitality standards are met. This person role-models the hospital's values and is seen as a key contact for training and developing hospitality programs.

**Job Opening Qualifications**:
**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree required in a business, health care or related service field.
- Experience includes supervising the work of others and customer service.
- Must demonstrate professionalism with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of project management and applicable experience in working on complex projects that support department goals.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet multiple deadlines with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Must successfully pass a FBI Level 2 screening for this position.

**Shift hours**:8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday
