Intake Coordinator

**All About ABA** is a Health Care Company, that delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services in the home and in school to assist children work on specific skills, and behaviors. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality of care.
This position at All About ABA is a crucial role in the maintenance and management of our company. We are looking to expand access to healthcare through superior quality service, and the position is centered around this concept.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Answering the phone when families call, taking down all the pertinent information and making them feel at ease
- Checking eligibility with insurance
- Maintain efficient appointment scheduling, registration, patient flow and discharge procedures to enhance patient satisfaction
- Handling any/all clients issues with sensitivity and strict confidentiality
- Collecting and Submitting Documents from Families to the insurance company
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports

- Must be knowledgeable in Word, Excel, OneNote, and computer literate

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
