**Job Description** AECOM Water **is seeking a Southern California Director of Strategy and Growth for employment, to support and grow our regional water/wastewater practice. AECOM is the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm, partnering with clients to solve the world’s most complex challenges and build legacies for generations to come. We work with a wide variety of clients planning, designing, and managing the construction of large

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Water/Wastewater infrastructure projects including, treatment and pipeline planning, design, and construction
- Understanding of regional and national regulations
- Relationships with regional and national clients and professionals
- Design of pump stations, pipelines, and treatment facilities
- Program management and/or Alternative Delivery

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**:

- BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Hydraulics, Hydrology, Water Resources, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 15+ years of related work experience required, with at least ten years of which shall include participating in project teams delivering water/wastewater infrastructure reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates in a lead role.
- Experience with business development and leading business development teams.
- Experience with client relations and management.
- Experience in conceptual design, preliminary design, final design, and construction of water infrastructure.
