**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Deployment**: Install and configure software solutions according to client requirements.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- **Training**: Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software effectively.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely updates on project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server environments.
- Proficiency in SQL Server database management and SQL querying.
- Familiarity with Networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
