- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage accounts effectively

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- A keen interest in business development and market analysis
- Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn
