**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the establishment, including but not limited to food preparation, service, and banquet operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Assist in training and supervising staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase profitability
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions and generate reports as needed
- Support the General Manager in scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and optimizing productivity
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food service operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
