**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for someone who can keep our growing team and expanding office organized and on track. Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Schedules meetings and appointments, makes office supplies arrangements, greets visitors, and provide general administrative support.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point person for office manager duties
- Handle maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Ensure that all office and executive items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conference
- Manage other team members as needed for Internal Projects as needed
- Support accounting activities as needed (Payable & Receivable)

**Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required**:

- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
- Experience with office machines (printers)
- Leadership capability

**Position Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience as an office manager, front office manager or administrative assistant

**Work Environment and Physical Requirements**:

- Office Environment
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
