Are you a compassionate healthcare professional with a knack for building meaningful patient relationships? We're seeking a Patient-Centric Licensed IV Infusion Specialist to join our dedicated team. If you're a licensed paramedic, LVN, or RN passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and interested in IV therapy, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver compassionate care while administering intravenous medications and fluids according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Prioritize patient comfort and safety by closely monitoring them during infusion therapy sessions.
- Skillfully assess vascular access and maintain catheters to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize your expertise to accurately prepare and mix IV medications and solutions.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the healthcare team to enhance patient care experiences.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while cross-selling other services offered by the facility to patients when appropriate.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid paramedic, LVN, or RN license in Texas.
- Proficiency in IV therapy techniques with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmacology and medication administration principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient well-being.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care with every interaction.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying shifts to meet patient needs and facility demands.
