Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV therapy in compliance with physician directives, internal protocols, and industry standards, including the preparation of IV solutions and accurate administration of treatments.
- Perform venipuncture and skillfully place peripheral IVs, with a thorough understanding of vitamin mixing as per established guidelines.
- Oversee operational efficiency by managing inventory, sourcing necessary supplies, training new personnel, enhancing team communication, and fulfilling additional managerial responsibilities as required.
- Travel daily to provide IV infusion services at various client locations, including residences and corporate offices.
- Organize and supervise IV infusion setups at diverse events, such as sports gatherings, conferences, and other special occasions as needed.
- Carefully review medical records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor patients throughout the infusion process to prioritize their safety and comfort.
- Facilitate product sales to interested clients, providing them with detailed information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by restocking supplies and performing regular sanitation tasks to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including utilizing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to create, maintain, and update necessary documentation.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to receive guidance from management.
- Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of IV therapy experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
Licenses/Certifications Required
- Registered Nurse License (Mandatory)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's License
