**THE POSITION**:
As the Client Services Lead you will ensure that the client is satisfied with the product and services they receive from the company. As a Lead, you will demonstrate exemplary customer service and leadership skills by proactively attending to the client’s needs, while providing the absolute best customer satisfaction through strong problem solving skills and client management. You are the representative of both the client and the team members.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leading by example through client interaction
- Providing the management team with feedback regarding system/dashboard performance, anticipated problems and possible solutions
- Consistently communicating with the team Director regarding areas of opportunities for team members
- Assisting Client Services Managers in actioning and resolving any escalated client issues
- Providing continuous one-on-one training and guidance to new and tenured employees
- Support with rollout and coaching to ensure team members are hitting KPI targets and goals
- Participation in train the trainer classes

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- 3+ years of Client Services Management-related experience
- Talented communicator
- Inspiring leader, who brings out the best in a team and the process
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to problem-solve, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience in a retail and manufacturing business environment a plus but not required
- Self-started who can efficiently manage tasks and time
- Strong analytical skills to compliment a strategic and business-minded approach

- The base salary compensation range for this position is $80-$85k, commensurate with experience.
