Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including document creation, maintenance, and editing, as well as spreadsheet management and presentation development.
  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day operations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support client onboarding, document maintenance, and audit preparations.
  • Communicate effectively with home office personnel and interact with branch staff, Branch Control Officers, and management.
  • Cross-train within other positions in the Operations area and take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative and/or financial services.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Able to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional and friendly manner.
