As a Front of House Associate at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly as they enter the establishment and assist with seating
- Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to presentation
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and front of house
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
