**What You’ll Do**:
**Sales & Client Relations**:

- Conduct estimates for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Engage with local HOAs, realtor offices, and businesses to generate new leads.
- Attend networking events and perform regular property inspections to identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with our customers, performing regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.

**Administrative Excellence**:

- Coordinate and lead weekly company meetings.
- Ensure timely responses to assigned tasks and phone calls.
- Provide coverage for other roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

**Leadership & Management**:

- Enforce company policies and manage crew equipment inventory.
- Oversee crew performance, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct employee training and reviews, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Manage subcontractors and support crews on job sites.

**Marketing & Recruitment**:

- Implement marketing strategies such as yard signs, door hangers, and social media posts.
- Recruit top talent through job fairs, networking, and other channels.
- Gather and promote customer reviews on various platforms.

**Salary & Benefits**: We offer a competitive salary of $72,000 annually with bonuses tied to company performance and growth, meaning that you have an opportunity to earn even more as we grow.

**Signing Bonus**: A signing bonus of $3,500 will be awarded to the Production Manager upon successful completion of the first 90 days of employment. To qualify for this bonus, the Production Manager must achieve the following key performance indicators (KPIs):

- **Labor Efficiency**: Demonstrate the ability to manage labor costs effectively, ensuring that the average charge rate for labor per hour ($27.16 including overtime and payroll taxes) is maintained or improved. This involves optimizing crew hours and ensuring productive use of time.
- **Unapplied Hours**: Maintain unapplied hours below 35% by reducing unbillable time such as drive time, preparation, cleaning, gassing, and dumping. Effective scheduling and minimizing downtime are critical to achieving this KPI.
- **Desired Profit Margin**: Achieve or exceed a 15% profit margin by managing job costs efficiently and optimizing resource allocation. This includes careful planning and execution of projects to ensure profitability.
- **Customer Complaints**: Ensure that customer complaints are mínimal and handled promptly. The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction with less than 5% of jobs resulting in a formal complaint. This includes addressing any issues quickly and effectively to maintain positive client relationships.
- **Base Salary**: $72,000 per year.
- **Performance Bonus**: Up to 10% of base salary for meeting quarterly revenue targets and efficiency metrics.
- **Growth Incentive**: Additional 5% bonus for exceeding our annual revenue target within a rolling 12 months with improved profit margins.
