**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee replenishment processes.
- Handle payroll tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and maintain good supplier relationships.
- Drive wireless sales by promoting products and services to customers.
- Utilize strong mathematical skills for pricing and financial transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in team management within a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and clerical duties.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus.
- Excellent mathematical abilities for pricing calculations and financial tasks.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
