We are looking for a Front Desk Scheduler at our automotive service shop, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and managing appointments efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with scheduling appointments for automotive services.
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments based on availability and service requirements.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and any necessary follow-up.
- Manage customer information and service history accurately in the database system.
- Provide information to customers about services offered, pricing, and estimated completion times.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed to management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is desirable but not required.
- Must have a valid drivers license.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
