Sunful Solar is a Solar Company based in Brooklyn. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. Your primary focus will be on fostering and converting leads from our list of interested clients turning them into scheduled appointments. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with potential customers, build relationships, and book appointments in our goal to save homeowners money and clean up the environment.

Training will be paid.

**Your responsibilities are**:

- Conduct warm calling to potential customers in the target market
- Perform outbound calling to generate leads and set appointments
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth

**You are**:

**You'll be paid**:

- $16/per hour base pay - paid weekly, with uncapped commission structure (Target Earnings $45,000-$80,000)

*Commission is based on completed appointments and Sales with homeowners
