**Service Coordinator**

**Summary**:
A growing waste and recycling equipment service company has an exciting opportunity for a motivated service coordinator. Primary responsibilities include scheduling/dispatching service calls, quoting repairs, maintaining Team Up calendar, and serving as a liaison between service technicians and customers. Some after-hour dispatching will be required (service phone must always remain on).

**Specific Functions**:

- Dispatch service technicians
- Quote repairs
- Maintain calendar
- Coordinate with customers on the servicing of their equipment
- Order and ship parts as needed
- Enter Field and Shop Techs labor hours in payroll system

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

**Job Type**:
Full-time

**Pay**:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
