Resumen del puesto: La función del administrador de contratos es ser el principal punto de contacto para las actividades de cumplimiento asociadas con la plataforma de posventa de Flowserve y los contratos basados en el rendimiento.
El asociado será responsable de proporcionar apoyo a través de equipos multifuncionales que consisten en liderazgo, equipos comerciales, ejecución, desarrollo de negocios y socios de negocios internos tales como finanzas y legal.
La persona analizará la información contractual clave para desarrollar e implementar procesos de trabajo que garanticen el cumplimiento contractual tanto en Flowserve como en los clientes según corresponda.
**Responsabilidades**:
Trabajar con un equipo interfuncional compuesto por Desarrollo de Negocios, Gerentes de Ejecución, Ingenieros de Aplicación en sitio y personal de Ventas al Usuario Final para asegurar que Flowserve cumpla con sus compromisos del programa.
Responsable de la rendición de cuentas del Contrato LCA y de evaluar las acciones clave asociadas con el Contrato, incluidos, entre otros, ajustes de tarifas, descuentos y créditos relacionados con los incentivos del contrato.
Responsable de actualizar y revisar los perfiles contractuales, Flowforce, MS TEAMS, etc. con cambios en el contrato o en el personal de Flowserve.
Evaluar e implementar nuevos procesos apropiados para aumentar la eficiencia, la ejecución y mejorar el cumplimiento de los contratos individuales.
Coordinar e interactuar con otros recursos de Flowserve de manera positiva y constructiva y trabajar en proyectos conjuntos según sea necesario para el beneficio neto de Flowserve y del cliente.

Habilidades:
Demostrar una gran atención al detalle junto con la capacidad de descubrir errores o inexactitudes relacionados con los contratos.
Experiência demostrada para la capacidad de planificar, organizar y cumplir objetivos
Conocimiento demostrado de la base de clientes de Flowserve
Conocimiento demostrado de los procedimientos, organización e instalaciones operativas de Flowserve.
Capacidad para colaborar entre equipos para garantizar que se realizan las actividades adecuadas
Gran perspicacia comercial y financiera
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para transmitir información clave y comunicarse a través de múltiples níveles dentro de la organización
Fuerte automotivación, voluntad de aprender, asertivo, actitud positiva y ética de trabajo

**Requisitos**:
Licenciatura en un campo relevante y/o 0-2 años de experiência relevante.
Sólidos conocimientos de PC, incluyendo MS TEAMS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word y Power Point.
Se valorará la experiência relacionada con funciones de cara al cliente, como Atención al cliente, Ventas, Planificación, Administración de contratos, etc.
