Altisima winery is searching for an individual who is committed to upholding excellent customer service standards and who is passionate about being a servant leader to all team members.

The Tasting Room Barback will strive to uphold the company vision through attention to detail, with a friendly and positive manner. This role is essential to ensure and support the overall experience of all guests. We invite you to join a team that is passionate about the industry and ready to take service standards to a new level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains cleanliness of their surroundings by bussing, removing wine glasses when buss tubs are full throughout the property, replenishing utensils in the members lounge and refilling water station.
- Ensuring tasting room stations are stocked with wine and all bars are stocked with all necessary items before opening. Assisting with breakdown after closing.
- Communicate effectively by alerting management and team of any important information.
- Ensure positive guest experience by greeting and thanking guests.
- Support team members when in need.
- Assist guests with carrying wine or merchandise to their car when needed.
- Understand the policies and procedures of Altisima winery and always uphold these standards.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability and willingness to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and in the outdoors, during inclement weather.
- Ability and willingness to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 40-50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Ability and willingness to bend, squat, stoop, and climb stairs on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs regularly throughout their shift.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work special events (i.e., barrel tastings, wine club events, etc.)
- Experience with wine desirable but not essential

Altisima winery is one of the newer wineries on De Portola Road and known for our breathtaking views. Altisima winery is the passion project of a few local families coming together to embrace and honor the Spanish roots of our region. We hope to build a team just as passionate about Temecula wine country and excited to enhancing the wine country experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
