**Key Requirements**
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- This position may potentially be exposed to situations or information that depicts violent acts, lewd images, or involves isolated working conditions.
- As a condition of employment, DNA samples are required from all FBI personnel who interact with evidence or federal DNA database samples in Laboratory Division (LD)
space or whose work requires them to enter LD examination areas where evidence or DNA database samples are processed or examined as part of the quality control process
to detect sample/evidence contamination, in accordance with the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA), 75 Federal Register (FR) 68932; 29 C.F.R.
1635.8(b)(6).

**Major Duties**
- Provide administrative support for Information Technology and Strategy Unit (ITSU) as it relates to the following: Customer Service, Procurement, Contracting, Project Management, and Strategy.
- Assist in the draft, review, and management of contracts and agreements related to IT services, vendors, and licensing.
- Maintain a centralized repository of information technology contracts and hardware/software inventory, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for unit and division stakeholders.
- Track contract renewal dates and facilitate renewal process as needed.
- Possess COR 2/3 certification to provide contract oversight and management for IT and Strategy contracts, which includes participating in the budget administration process, budget
formulation and analysis, invoice tracking, request for procurement, justifications, and execution.
- Generate regular reports on contract status, milestones achieved, and deliverables met to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract-related documentation including agreements, amendments, and correspondence.
- Conduct detailed analysis of contract terms, conditions, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Help plan and coordinate meetings that support the unit and laboratory division customers.
- Assist with project briefings, and all-division communication.
- Provide support to the Strategy program manager for planning, execution of processes, and project governance.
- Support the creation of unit materials as required and assist with new customer work requests that come from the division or Executive Management.

**Specialized Experience (SE)**:
GS-13: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. SE is defined as follows:

- Experience exchanging information with technical and non-technical system users and management in order to execute simple and complex contracts and procurement.
- Experience using analytical methods such as spreadsheets, queries, or software.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and conducting projects and studies in support of program operations.
- Experience communicating clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing to support and guide personnel and management, both at the unit and division levels.
- Experience participating in the budget administration process which includes formulation, request for procurement, justifications, and execution.
- Experience providing unit administrative support including, but not limited to, customer service, procurement and budget tracking, strategy, and project management.
