**SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE**

Manage and direct all areas of internal and external financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling, budget preparation and reporting.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the finance department, including the preparation of external financial reporting
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles
- Oversee the development and monitoring of annual budgets
- Lead the preparation of quarterly Asset Liability Management (ALM) and liquidity reports
- Lead the preparation of Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) quarterly calculation
- Perform Treasury functions as needed
- Work with 3rd party to prepare and file annual tax return for Bank and subsidiaries
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles

**COMPETENCIES**

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient knowledge of excel and word; knowledge and understanding of Federal and State banking laws, regulations and GAAP.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience is required
- Proven experience in financial leadership roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
