Patient Experience Manager

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to identify areas for improvement in patient care and satisfaction
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate the quality of patient interactions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement training programs to educate staff on best practices for patient engagement, communication, and customer service
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure patient satisfaction
- Monitor patient feedback and implement measures to address any areas of dissatisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in patient experience management
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the overall patient experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote clinic services, maximize revenue opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional services or products to patients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving patient acquisition and retention.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of patient experience principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficient in using technology platforms for data analysis and reporting

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
