**Description**:
**What You’ll be Doing**
- Doing anything you can to answer the phone when it rings so that our customers can speak with a human being when they call, and only need to call once
- Putting our customers at ease, showing them that we respect their time, and ensuring that David's Tree Service, Inc. is the easiest company they will ever do business with
- Making sure that each individual feels as though they have been heard and that you have taken care of their needs
- Channeling customer requests into our cloud-based, work management system and communicating any urgent information to our teams in the field
- Providing logístical and scheduling support as needed for our sales arborists, operations team, and our crews working in the field
- Working on special projects and going down rabbit holes to learn everything you can to support the industry-leading ideas and aspirations of our owners that have fueled our growth as a company

**Where You Will Work**
- You will work primarily in our office in Huntington Beach working Monday-Friday.

**What You Need to Bring to the Table**
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, personal integrity, and the desire to grow personally and professionally
- Extraordinary charisma, emotional intelligence, and concern for others
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines
