We are currently seeking reliable and motivated self-starters to join our customer service team.


Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at Safe Ship Moving Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the moving process. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our high standards of service.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about our services, processes, and policies.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.

Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of reliability, motivation, and self-discipline.

Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service software (e.g., Granot, RingCentral, Google Sheets).
