As a **Skilled Maintenance Technician** at EEG, you will install,
troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical equipment and distribution systems
involving work of a varied nature with minimum supervision. By maintaining and
servicing, you assure proper operation of all the company’s assets facility
wide and play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work
environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that
defines our brand(s).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain and rearrange complex equipment
- Diagnose complex equipment failures
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, & carpentry tasks
- Dismantle, repair and reassemble complex equipment
- Perform work in the mechanic’s skill area such as fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, layout, pipefitting and basic electrical knowledge
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws
- Establish and perform routine PM's
- Complete routine paperwork as required
- Use typical mechanic’s tools and inspection gauges
- Work from drawings, verbal instructions or sketches
- Clean debris and lubricant from parts, work area and equipment
- Operate shop equipment including drill press, grinder, sander and others
- Carry out tasks in a safe, neat and workmanlike manner. Cleans jobsite
- Carry out all work as assigned by supervision
- Oversee facility, maintaining all aspects of appearance and function of building and grounds
- Is familiar with, understands and uses safe practices and wears all required safety equipment
- Identify and manage outside vendors to perform maintenance activities as required
- Maintain facility exterior for both function and aesthetics
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous maintenance experience preferably at least one year in Restaurants
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Practices a strong work ethic.
- Possesses qualities such as productivity, dependability, organized/neat, resourcefulness, efficiency, and professionalism
