Front Office Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Train and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the front office department

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality background with knowledge of hotel operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Experience in hotel management or front desk operations
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hospitality management software
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
