This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. You'll spend three days a week in the office, giving you the flexibility to work remotely for two days.
- Manage a development schedule, regularly updating the project manager on progress towards automation milestones.
- Ensure adherence to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and Citizen Developer guidelines to promote the adoption of best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design in-solution proper exception handling, metric reporting, global variables, and other best practices.
- Own code quality, unit testing and packaging of all work.
- Collaborate directly with the to clarify and further define the backlog and prioritization of work.
- Communicate clearly estimating, planning, and managing all his/her own work and progress reporting.
- Effectively documenting all his/her own work for knowledge sharing within the team as well as the wider IT organization.
- There is the potential for you to travel to client office for project coordination meetings

Qualifications:
We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.

Essential skills and experience:

- 2 years of project experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate, Dataverse, and related M365 workloads.
- Post-secondary graduate
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with integrating and connecting Power Apps with various data sources such as Dataverse and SQL Server using Power Automate.
- Experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.
