- Car Rental Agent will engage customers in a courteous professional manner
- Rental Agent completes the reservations or change process expeditiously
- Car Rental Agent answers general customer questions, resolving customer complaints/issues, and services customer questions/requests on existing reservations.

**Rental Agent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: _(with or without accommodation)_**
- Sales Rental Agent must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Sales Rental Agent must be able to spend long periods of time in front of a computer
- Sales Rental Agent needs to spend time making repetitive motions
- Sales Rental Agent must be able to walk, stoop, bend, climb

**Qualified applicants for Car Rental Agent will have the following**:

- Sales Car Rental Agent has a High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Sales Rental Agent has a valid driver's license with a record in good standing
- Sales Car Rental Agent has the ability to drive and operate vehicles
- Sales Rental Agent has 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the car rental or tourism industries.
