**Team LLC is hiring for hourly and salaried positions for QMHP Crisis counselors.**

**Hourly positions may be full-time or part-time with hourly pay. Salaried positions are full-time and require the staff to be available for 30-40 billable hours per week. This is a non-exempt position (overtime will be paid for any hours that exceed 40 per week). Counselors must be consistently available to accept all services, Mobile Crisis, Community Stabilization and Intensive In home assignments. Counselors can also work in Residential CSU.**
- **Must be registered as a QMHP-A/C.**:

- Responsible for providing short-term interventions to adults and adolescents with serious mental health diagnoses, behavioral interventions to include training in the following areas: crisis response, care coordination, medication management, daily living skills, symptom identification and management, community integration, interpersonal functioning, communication skills and health and wellness management.
- Understanding of serious mental illness in adults and adolescents
- Understanding of acute mental health crisis and safety planning
- Strong clinical and professional boundaries
- Ability to focus on outcomes and individualized care
- Ability to coordinate with various service providers, insurance companies and family members to achieve positive outcomes and prevent the individual's risk for hospitalization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to communicate affectively with parents and caregivers
- Participation in clinical supervision and staff meetings
- Submission of daily progress notes in a timely manner
- Use of electronic systems to upload notes and documentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-person

Ability to Relocate:

- Hampton, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)
