IT Functional Analyst I - PLM/MDM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Trouble shooting daily operational system issues to define root cause and define temporary/permanent solutions
- Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment collaboratively with a cross-functional team and manage minor project implementation
- On-going analysis of the Item and BOM creation process/Workflows to identify opportunities for process and system improvements and efficiency gains
- Organize, schedule and run meetings to identify Oracle Cloud PD opportunities and system needs
- Interacting with multiple departments including but not limited to IT, Finance, PLM, Planning, Warehousing, and Manufacturing
- Documenting meeting minutes, action items, issues, and risks
- Documenting requirements, process flows, new functionality, and creation of SOP/training materials
- Training super and end users on new functionality and process changes
- Ability to plan, track, escalate, and deliver upon tasks and timelines assigned
- Available for 24/7 support (scheduled and off hours)
- Review system design approaches to ensure they fully meet the business requirements
- Write use cases, business rules, and other artifacts such as swim lane diagrams and activity flow diagrams to effectively articulate and represent business processes, desired outcomes, and requirements
- Produce key documents, both in written and presentation forma
- Excellent problem solver with the ability to keep many driving factors and requirements in focus
- Monitor and improve process and technology and provide insights into overall status

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications:

- 0-1 Year - Experience in Food & Beverage or similar manufacturing environment
- 0-1 Year - Experience in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM)
- 0-1 Year - Experience in SaaS products. Preferably Oracle Cloud products
- 0-1 Year - Experience in IT as a Business Analyst
- 0-1 Year - Experience as a Master Data Analyst
