Administrative Assistant for Live Streaming Company

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

**Duties**:

- Assist in managing the daily administrative affairs of the live streaming company, including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering calls, handling documents, and managing deliveries.
- Assist in arranging live streaming events and programs, including venue booking, procurement of materials, and personnel arrangement.
- Responsible for the management of live streaming equipment and workspaces, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Assist the Human Resources department in handling employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing internal company activities to promote team cohesion and cultural development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Media, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to work under pressure.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for the live streaming industry preferred, with relevant work experience being a plus.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing organizational and coordination skills.
- Perfer speaking Mandarin.
