**Position Overview**:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our mission to promote solar energy adoption. Your primary responsibility will involve neighborhood canvassing, engaging potential customers, and generating leads for our solar products and services. This position offers an excellent entry point into the dynamic field of solar sales, with promising opportunities for career progression.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the products/services offered
- Previous experience in any sales is a must (6+ months)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, products, and industry trends is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual preferred
**Qualifications**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
A commitment to environmental sustainability and a passion for promoting clean energy solutions.
Reliable transportation (access to a car is a must) to travel to assigned canvassing locations.
Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
