**Coordinator of Communications, Marketing, and Social Media**

Home for Good Dog Rescue (HFGDR)

**Location**: Berkeley Heights, NJ

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Communication and Marketing Execution**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with HFGDR’s goals, including crafting engaging narratives and promotional materials to support our mission.
- **Social Media Management**: Take charge of our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to increase engagement, reach, and awareness. This involves curating and posting compelling content, responding to community interactions, and promoting our adoptable dogs and special events.
- **Content Creation**:Generate dynamic and shareable content across all channels, including graphics, videos, and posts. Ensure all content is on-brand, creative, and effectively communicates our key messages to different audiences.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite. Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and increase visibility.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing and social media campaigns. Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative planning to enhance our digital footprint.
- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the first point of contact for online inquiries, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses. Build and maintain positive relationships with our online community.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**:Demonstrable experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing with a portfolio of past work.
- **Communication Excellence**: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content and interacting with diverse audiences.
- **Organizational Skills**:Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- **Passion for the Mission**:A genuine love for animals and commitment to the mission of HFGDR.
- **Educational Background**: Associate's degree or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experience.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event coverage and online community management.
- **Valid NJ Driver's License**:Must have reliable transportation for potential offsite assignments.

**Salary**:$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year (pay is commensurate with experience)
