We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will work closely with the VP of Marketing to coordinate events, programs, direct mail campaigns, and various other marketing projects and ongoing needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and programs.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns, ensuring on time and accuracy in all communication with vendors and other departments.
  • Support the VP of Marketing in various marketing projects, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all marketing activities are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials by our creative team, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
  • Maintain and update marketing spreadsheets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
