**Responsibilities**:

- Review and approve government purchases under $250K. Manage government purchase card program.
- Provide policy guidance on purchases using the FAM, DOSAR, FAR, and simplified acquisition regulations.
- Support IT program offices in updating purchase card program and software both international and domestic. Conduct account maintenance, periodic reviews while monitoring fraud, waste and abuse and purchase card compliance Planning and managing purchases and authorizations in several regions for contractors, LES, Foreign partners, post.
- Reporting suspicious activities, unauthorized transactions, and fraud. Managing and operating several systems to analyze, record, improve, and update data. Providing coordination and stewardship of the development of the applicable Citi financial plan and the semiannual review of the plan proactively socializing inputs with the Purchase card holders, approving officials, Program Coordinators, Designated Billing Officers and proactively engaging the annual reviews and approvals.
- Develop requirements studies and cost/benefit analyses. Document any instances of non-compliance. Participate in preparing a summary report of the findings and a briefing. Ensures the account holder uses the GPC within Procurement and Acquisition policies and established operational guidelines. Conducts account maintenance and periodic reviews.
- Ensures corrective actions are taken and recommend appropriate steps are taken to mitigate suspension or cancellation actions. Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports. Determining program requirements and making recommendations. Analyzing programs, policies, procedures, and systems and making recommendations to optimize these. Works with domestic and international accounts.

Qualifications:
**Education and Experience**:

- This position requires at least 5-10 years of experience providing acquisition support. Computer skills and working knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures and Federal Acquisition regulations.

**Clearance**:This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to use stairs without assistance.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
