In addition to greeting patients the normal day-to-day responsibilities of this position including:

- Checking patients in using our EMR software
- Helping patients complete their online forms and demographics
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby
- Handling multiple phone lines
- Triaging calls & transferring off to appropriate staff
- Scanning of documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Confirming patient appointments
- Taking and posting of payments
- Checking patients out
- Running reports
- Taking new patient calls & scheduling consultations
- Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- High School Diploma or GED'
