**Position: Cell Phone Sales Representative**

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable cell phone products and services.
- Provide expert guidance and assistance in selecting cell phones and service plans based on customers' preferences, usage patterns, and budget.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to showcase the value proposition of various devices and services.
- Educate customers on the latest technology trends, promotions, and special offers to drive sales and enhance their overall experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and address customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the electronics or telecommunications industry, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude and a passion for technology with a desire to stay informed about the latest advancements in the mobile industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and POS systems; familiarity with basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Pay: $650.00 - $1,500.00 per week
