Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, conducting lead generation and assisting in bringing new clients to the business. This role puts you on the fast track to becoming a Sales Executive in as little as three months.


Job Duties:

  • Conduct weekly sales activity to assist in bringing in 2 new clients a week.
  • Make a combination of 100 calls weekly, including phone and in-person visits.
  • Assist in the development of contract terms for prospective clients based on research.
  • Support the coordination of a Sales Action Plan for each prospect on the Top 20 Hit List.
  • Support the coordination of the quarterly sales plans through identifying potential new clients and business opportunities that align with sales growth GM goals set by the Manager.
  • Research accounts, coordinate presentations and meetings as needed, focusing on prospect’s needs identified
  • Coordinate on going sales activities for Top 20 Hit List prospects.
  • Arrange and follow a daily sales plan to maximize territory engagement.
  • Maximize sales efficiency by properly using account classification and territory management systems.
  • Research and attend community activities to develop awareness of the local labor market, recruiting opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Utilize digital marketing resources to include EMMA to reach potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to improve services and strategies used for outreach.

Qualification:

  • Experience working in B2C or retail sales is ideal
  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred but not required
  • Ability and or willingness to set own priorities, schedule day’s events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work effectively under stress
  • Willingness to attend work events in the evenings
