**Lead Admissions Coordinator**

**Salary**:$47,000/yr

**Location**:3133 W Frye Rd Suite 525, Chandler, AZ 85226 **(**This position is fully on-site at our Chandler Support Office.)**

As the **Lead Admissions Coordinator** you will represent all Embark Programs and serve as a crucial link between parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment providers. They handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns from clients throughout the admissions process, ensuring all requirements are met and documentation is professionally presented. They also organize and participate in special events promoting the organization. Additionally, they process admission screenings, maintain database information, facilitate calls, and gather necessary information for insurance authorization while demonstrating sensitivity to student and family needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete weekly coaching sessions and maintain a strong working relationship with assigned ACs.
- Conduct weekly reviews of ACs' calls and Quality Assurance Manager's scores, and daily to weekly reviews of lead follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the Operational Effectiveness Manager to ensure optimal team performance.
- Manage payroll and PTO requests for assigned ACs.
- Handle client escalations, leadership inquiries, and implement process changes.
- Maintain inter-department relationships to support departmental goals and priorities.
- Oversee EAC caseload, lead volume, and reporting.
- Exemplify company culture, norms, and core values, and build relationships with key employees.
- Shadow at least 20 Admissions calls and conduct at least 5 calls with the Director of Admissions within the first 4 weeks.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company programs, initiatives, and program development activities.
- Assist with the hiring process, personal admissions funnel, and coordinate enrollments, ensuring commercial insurance understanding and VOB response within 2 hours.
- Maintain organized electronic files, respond to inquiries promptly, and demonstrate strong organization and time management skills.
