Overview:
**Salary range**:$20.00 - $24.00 an hour

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm **OR **8:30 am - 5 pm)

**Location**:3133 W Frye Rd Suite 525, Chandler, AZ 85226 **(**This position is fully on-site at our Chandler Support Office.)**

We are seeking passionate people to work directly with families to help them navigate the admissions process and get them the services they need. At Embark you will be part of a team where each staff member is deeply committed to the mission to Create Joy and Heal Generations aiming to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help families (over the phone) get admitted to one of Embarks mental health treatment programs
- Conduct a initial assessment of their needs
- Coordinate the admission process
- Liaison with programs and other departments to get kids help
- Become competent in Embark and industry programs
- Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce)
- Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way
- Participate in team and weekly meetings
- Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for admissions and mental health

Qualifications:

- Experience working in behavioral health or healthcare industry
- Call center experience preferred
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Empathy & compassion coupled with a competitive nature and ability to overcome challenges is required along with exceptional phone skills and team work
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
