**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decorations
- Create event timelines and schedules
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to ensure all needs are met
- Manage event budgets and expenses
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Provide on-site coordination during events

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or event planning
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry and order entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is a plus
- DBAD

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
