The Detailer I’s responsibility is to perform the duties below on a regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company sales and safety requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assess the condition of gel coat/paint and recommend proper maintenance protocol
- Wash, buff, and wax deck and hull
- Follow all procedures pertaining to safety and personal protection equipment
- Ensure quality of work performed

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to speak and read English to follow instructions on work orders as well as understand product and manual instructions
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
- Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong work ethic and personal commitment
